Combi-Boilers
The combi boiler is just another option in heating radiators and hot water in a property. It is getting very popular in Ireland as a lot of multi nationals are living here now, they would be used to combi boilers in their respective countries as the water pressure incoming into their property was of great strength and reliable and this is what a combi boiler requires to operate properly.
In the Republic of Ireland the incoming mains is of low pressure and fluctuates therefore is unreliable. How we overcome this problem is by initially surveying the property for suitability and fitting an inbuilt combi booster pump on the incoming mains which works in conjunction with the combi boiler to produce positive results. Installation of a combi boiler gives a property more internal storage in their hotpress by decommissioning the unnessary hot water cylinder and in the attic by decommissioning the storage tank. These items become redundant when converting from a system boiler to a combi.
